PhotoCollage
FAQs
How many
pictures can I use?
A Classic Portrait or Landscape layout can utilize 8-10 images.
Some Designer Layouts require using fewer images.
Can I
use digital pictures? How about both digital and traditional prints
in a single order?
Yes, you can use digital pictures, traditional prints, or any mix
of the two. Simply indicate your preference when you place your
order. You can upload your digital photos here. Send your traditional
prints, and/or images on CD-ROM in MS format to us via U.S. Mail
or the carrier of your choice. No C.O.D.s will be accepted.
Any images you send to us will be returned with your order.
Which
layout should I choose?
Classic Portrait or Landscape layouts work best for most projects.
A baby's first year, photos of someone through the years, or a collection
of photos of the whole family, all are well suited to a Classic
layout.
If you have one great picture of someone, and a few others to choose
from, a Designer layout may be the way to go. Some of the Weddings
and Floral layouts, for example.
Why would
I want extra prints?
Keepsake PhotoCollage reprints make terriffic gifts for the team
at season's end, for a co-worker who is moving on, or a special
family event. When others see your gift, they'll want a copy.
Why do
I need to use high resolution photos for a PhotoCollage?
It's preferable to use high-res images. Most importantly, higher
resolution means more color information. More is better, especially
when the image needs to be scaled and manipulated as part of a larger
image. You can shrink a high-res image and retain most of the necessary
information, but enlarging a low resolution image tends to degrade
the image quality.
Will
my Keepsake PhotoCollage order include a frame?
Your Keepsake PhotoCollage is shipped to you in an attractive linenboard
tabletop frame. For permanent display, a quality pre-made frame
should be used.
Will
direct sunlight harm or fade my PhotoCollage?
Yes. The sun provides an equal-opportunity beam of destruction.
Just about anything, printed on any surface will, when faced with
exposure to the sun, fade to some degree. The amount of sunlight,
it's intensity and it's duration will determine the extent of fading..
What
are the payment terms for orders?

major credit cards through our secure transaction service, Paypal.

What
is the return policy for a PhotoCollage order?

but if you do, just return the print to us, and we'll send you a
full refund, less shipping and handling.
